Food allergies to-do list for parents:
1 Learn to recognize early signs of reactions.
2 Learn to read food labels.

4 Write Emergency Treatment Plan
5 Carry an unexpired EpiPen® with child at all times. Consider carrying two, just in case.

Asthma to-do list for parents:
1 Know your child's triggers.
2 Always carry rescue medications: Bronchodilator inhaler or nebulizer spacer oral steroid,
if prescribed; EpiPen®, if prescribed.
3 Have your child's asthma action plan with you.
4 Have emergency phone numbers with you.
5 Don't forget your child's peak flow meter.
6 If you're going out of town, remember your child's daily maintenance medications.
